The Japanese Version of Vampire Weekend's 'Father of the Bride' Includes Jude Law Reading a Scottish Poem
Vampire Weekend released another beloved album with their fourth LP Father of the Bride, and despite its sprawling 18-song tracklisting, they still managed to sneak three bonus tracks onto the Japanese CD edition. And one of them features none other than Jude Law.

The Oscar-nominated actor appears on the bonus song "Lord Ullin's Daughter," which sees him read the Scottish poet Thomas Campbell's poem of the same name atop an extended instrumental version of FOTB standout "Big Blue."

In addition to that track, the Japanese CD also includes the outtake "Houston, Dubai" and a cover of Mickey Newbury's "I Don't Think Much About Her No More."

A representative for the band told Pitchfork that these bonus tracks will not be released outside of Japan, meaning you're going to have to shell out some import fees if you want to legally hear Jude Law deliver spoken word on a Vampire Weekend song.
