Season 8 of Brooklyn Nine-Nine will premiere August 12 with a pair of back-to-back episodes, and will air each following Thursday night at 8 p.m. ET.

As previously reported, Brooklyn Nine-Nine was cancelled then saved by NBC and renewed for Season 8

Michael Schur's Andy Samberg-led comedy would then go on hiatus, aiming to retool its episodes following a string of police brutality killings last year.
